So i just wanted to talk a bit about why we started this blog. Judy and I are best friends and although we have different interests, we both have a great passion for our interests. I am all about make up and beauty and Judy's all about food :) So, why be selfish! We want to share what we know with the world.
We decided to put both our elements together because we think it could create good synergies. Its not just about looking after yourself on the outside, its about the inside too. Its about making yourself happy, on the inside and out.
